Java Fullstack Lead

As a Java Fullstack Lead at our dynamic team in India, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of complex Java applications, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your role will involve playing a key part in architectural decisions and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive project success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and architecture of Java-based applications. - Manage a team of developers and ensure high-quality code output. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship current features. - Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. - Identify and resolve performance issues and bugs in the application. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the development process. - Participate in project planning and estimation activities. - Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and maintain documentation. Qualifications Required: - 10-17 years of experience in Java development and Fullstack technologies. - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. - Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Proficient in database technologies including SQL, MySQL, and NoSQL. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
