Required Skills & Competencies: Technical Skills: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, leading cross-functional projects. - Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) & Large Language Models (LLMs). - Proven track record of building, evaluating, and deploying ML models in production. - Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and the ML development lifecycle. - Ability to translate technical concepts into business insights for executive stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex AI/ML applications. Preferred Skills: - Banking experience with knowledge of Credit Cards, Retail Banking products, and Regulatory requirements. - Experience in cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.
