Business Analytics Analyst

Role Overview: As a Business Analytics Analyst, you will be an experienced analytics professional demonstrating client-centric behaviors in your day-to-day role. Your key responsibilities will involve developing analytical solutions, leading complex projects, applying statistical expertise, managing stakeholders, demonstrating project management competency, and engaging in organizational initiatives to contribute to company growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop analytical solutions focused on business issues with a client-first approach. - Lead and execute complex analytical projects, including building analytical models and implementing revenue-driving solutions. - Apply segmentation techniques, hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, and statistical methodologies to solve business problems. - Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders across departments and regions. - Develop project strategies, delegate tasks efficiently, and maintain seamless communication within teams. - Engage in training, competency development, and internal organizational initiatives. Qualification Required: - Bachelors Degree with 3 years of experience in data analytics OR Masters Degree with 2 years of experience in data analytics. - Hands-on experience in SAS and SQL. - Experience working with large datasets, data warehouses, and extracting data using relevant programming languages. - Strong background in Statistical Analysis. - Experience in Credit Cards, Retail Banking, or any other domain is acceptable.
