AI ML Lead

We are seeking a strategic AI/ML leader to drive AI initiatives within the Banking domain . As an AI/ML Lead , you will leverage your expertise in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Banking to deliver high-impact solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves both technical and functional leadership , ensuring AI/ML models drive measurable business outcomes across multiple banking functions. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Development Alignment: Act as a bridge between business and technology , aligning AI/ML projects with organizational goals. Develop and drive an AI/ML roadmap , balancing innovation with business priorities. Translate complex AI capabilities into business-oriented solutions. Techno-Functional Expertise: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into business processes. Lead the development and deployment of production-grade AI/ML models , ensuring scalability and compliance. Ensure high adoption and measurable impact across the Banking vertical . Reusable Frameworks Best Practices: Develop a library of reusable AI/ML assets , including feature stores and model templates. Establish best practices for AI/ML lifecycle management , ensuring operational efficiency. AI Governance Compliance: Implement AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with risk, compliance, and security teams to align AI solutions with data privacy standards. Leadership Collaboration: Mentor and develop a team of Data Scientists ML Engineers , fostering a culture of innovation. Act as a key advisor on AI initiatives , guiding executive leadership on AI-driven business transformations. Ensure seamless collaboration across business functions to align AI solutions with priorities. Innovation Experimentation: Promote a culture of experimentation and AI-driven innovation . Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging AI technologies , driving continuous improvement. Required Skills Competencies: Technical Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, leading cross-functional projects. Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) Large Language Models (LLMs) . Proven track record of building, evaluating, and deploying ML models in production . Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch , and the ML development lifecycle . Ability to translate technical concepts into business insights for executive stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex AI/ML applications. Preferred Skills: Banking experience with knowledge of Credit Cards, Retail Banking products, and Regulatory requirements . Experience in cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools . Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders. High flexibility, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities . Strong leadership in fostering an inclusive and innovative team environment . Academic Qualifications Experience: Bachelor s Degree with 3+ years of experience in data analytics OR Master s Degree with 3+ years of experience in data analytics. Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and working with large datasets . Solid foundation in Statistical Analysis and AI/ML applications in Banking
