Junior Software Developer

Role Overview: IntouchCX is seeking a Junior Software Developer to join the team and contribute to designing, developing, and implementing new customer accounts and special projects. You will ensure that all software solutions and enhancements are thoroughly tested, debugged, and meet high product quality standards within specified timelines and budget requirements. Additionally, you will continuously review technologies, industry standards, and relevant developments, providing recommendations for further research and necessary modifications. Key Responsibilities: - Work alongside a team of developers to build tools that enhance business operations and the global workforce's efficiency. - Engage in a fast-paced agile software development environment. - Develop applications used by a large user base daily. - Collaborate with product stakeholders to showcase your work and gather feedback. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of software development experience OR a recent graduate with a robust portfolio and a positive attitude. - Preferred experience in C# development; knowledge of Java and Vue.js is advantageous. - Experience in prompt engineering is a bonus. - Strong understanding of web technology stacks. - Knowledge of automated testing is beneficial. - Proficient in creative problem-solving. - Ability to manage aggressive deadlines and handle multiple complex projects. - Excellent communication skills.
