Dev Ops Engineer

Role summary: Implement CI/CD, IaC, observability, and security automation per patterns set by the DevOps Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Build/operate CI/CD pipelines; codify infra with Terraform/Helm; manage environment configs.
  

• Implement monitoring/logging/alerting; reduce alert noise; codify runbooks.
  

• Collaborate with dev/QA/ops to streamline releases and improve reliability.
  

• Apply security/compliance checks across SDLC.
  

Requirements

• 4+ yrs DevOps/SRE; hands-on with one major CI system; Terraform; Kubernetes; scripting (Python/Bash). *     Familiar with Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/EFK, CloudWatch (or GCP/Azure equivalents).
  

• Leveling * R7: Delivers features with guidance; owns well-defined services. * R8: Leads modules/pipelines end-to-end; mentors juniors; drives incremental improvements.

• KPIs * Pipeline reliability, time to environment readiness, failed deploy MTTR, % infra under IaC, policy compliance.
