About the role
ole summary: Build scalable data services and integrations around Snowflake using Python and AWS.
Key responsibilities • Design/build Python services and data apps integrating with Snowflake (connectors, stored procs, UDFs). • Use AWS Lambda, Glue, SQS (and optionally Step Functions) to deliver resilient pipelines & event flows. • Partner with product/analytics to translate requirements into reliable solutions; maintain code quality via reviews/tests. • Implement best practices (IaC, CI/CD, observability); author technical docs. • Diagnose and resolve production issues; drive root-cause fixes.
Requirements

• 7+ yrs software/data engineering; strong Python; Snowflake SQL & APIs; AWS serverless (Lambda/Glue/SQS). • CI/CD (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps), IaC (Terraform/CFN), observability (CloudWatch, logs, tracing).

KPIs • Pipeline success rate, defect/incident rate & MTTR, throughput/latency SLOs, change failure rate.
