Senior Cloud Platform Engineer

Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer with 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications and cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, GCP, Terraform, and DevOps automation, with experience building scalable microservices and implementing CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and support cloud-native applications and microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, and Rancher. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and GitOps practices. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting using GCP Stackdriver. Collaborate with Agile teams throughout the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Develop automation solutions using Python and Shell scripting. Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud platforms, and DevOps. Strong experience with Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate, and Microservices. Hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD. Experience with Oracle, DB2, MySQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB. Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
