AI Automation Engineer – L2 Department: Service Delivery Work Model: Work from Office Shift Type: Evening Shift in IST Position Summary The AI Automation Engineer – Level 2 is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing end-to-end automation workflows that enhance MSP operations. This role requires advanced scripting, integration skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while leading automation deployment projects. Education and Experience • Bachelor's degree. • 3+ years of experience in IT Support, DevOps, or Automation Engineering (MSP experience preferred). Advanced Programming: Deep proficiency in Python, Node.js, and/or PowerShell. AI & Data Infrastructure: Proven experience building agentic RAG systems, managing LLM orchestration, and deploying vector databases. System Architecture: Experience designing microservices and working with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Project Management: Familiar with Git Version Control, Gantt Analysis and SCRUM Automation Ecosystems: Complex orchestration platforms (Windmill, n8n, Rewst, custom runtimes) and deep API integration experience with leading PSA/RMM systems (HaloPSA, ConnectWise, Datto, Kaseya, N-able). Responsibilities • Design and build advanced automation workflows integrating PSA, RMM, and AI platforms. • Create and maintain scripts using Python and PowerShell to streamline recurring MSP process. • Develop integrations using REST APIs (ConnectWise, Datto, N-able, etc.). • Architect AI-enabled workflows leveraging LLMs, RAG, and data enrichment. • Mentor and support L1 engineers in workflow design and execution. • Ensure compliance, data governance, and documentation across all automation projects.
