About the role
As an Associate Product Manager in our team, you will be a vital contributor to our fintech product strategy, working closely with senior product managers, engineers, and designers. Your role will involve defining, prioritizing, and executing product initiatives to enhance our financial services offerings and improve user experience in the Indian market. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in defining and executing the product roadmap for our fintech products. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends. - Collaborate with engineers and designers to translate requirements into functional specifications. - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize product concepts. - Write user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process. - Monitor product performance using analytics tools and gather user feedback. - Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings. - Assist in managing the product backlog and prioritizing features. - Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders. - Ensure alignment with the overall product strategy and business goals. Required Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. - 0-1 years of experience in product management or a related role. - Strong understanding of fintech trends and technologies. - Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Basic understanding of product analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude. - Knowledge of CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
