About the role
Role Overview: As a Product Manager focused on customer experience, you will play a key role as the advocate for users, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with design, engineering, and customer support teams to create a seamless and delightful experience across all touchpoints.
