Senior Strategic Consulting Associate - Process Optimization & ERP

What role will you play in the team: As a Senior Strategic Consulting Associate, you will lead process optimization initiatives and ERP system implementations for our clients. You'll guide junior team members, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of consulting engagements, reporting directly to the Project Manager. What you will do: You will analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement optimized processes and ERP solutions. You will also train client personnel and provide ongoing support. Key Responsibilities: Lead process optimization projects, including process mapping, analysis, and redesign. Oversee the implementation of ERP systems, including SAP and Oracle, from planning to go-live. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support. Conduct training sessions for client personnel on new processes and systems. Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner. Prepare and present project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems. Develop and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and training materials. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in process optimization and ERP implementation. Travel to client locations as needed. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. 2-3 years of experience in process optimization and ERP implementation. Strong proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is required. Project management experience, including the use of Jira or Asana. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead and manage teams. Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools. A proactive and results-oriented approach. A valid Indian driver's license is needed to travel between sites.
