Business Analyst - SaaS Product - HRMS, Projects & CRM

Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders Conduct client meetings to understand workflows, operational challenges, and business expectations Act as a primary coordination point between clients, management, and the development team Understand and map HRMS, Payroll, Finance, CRM, and operational workflows Prepare: BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents) User stories Process flow diagrams Wireframe references Use cases and acceptance criteria Translate client requirements into functional specifications for developers Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and product teams Conduct requirement discussions, sprint planning, demos, and review meetings Provide regular updates and clarifications to clients during the development process Identify workflow gaps and suggest process improvements Assist in module planning and feature prioritization Support testing teams with business scenarios and validations Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and client feedback analysis Ensure product features align with real business use cases and client expectations .
