About the role
- To do the daily calibration of CMM with Master Sphere. 2. Daily cleaning of CMM working table with oil and Stylus with standard Cotton Cloth. Cleaning of rest of the areas of Machine with normal cotton cloth. 3. To perform measurement, Inspection & Testing of production parts using previously prepared inspection program. 4. Inspection of New Receiving gauges & jigs & fixtures as per Drawing. 5. To ensure the required working environment for CMM i.e. Temperature and Humidity to be mentioned. 6. To ensure the external Calibration of CMM as per Plan and from NABL approved Lab / Manufacturer
