About the role
1 1 To ensure the 5S & Safety in the respective area. 2 To follow the APQP in case of New Product Development. 3 To co-ordinate with all concerned process owner for the on time submission of samples as per defined target date. 4 To maintain the drawing issue register. 5 To communicate with the customers regarding any issue raised during development stage. 6 To submit the PPAP documents to customer in case of New Product Development & in case of ECN received in the existing parts. 7 To update the PFD, FMEA and Control plan . 8 To ensure the quality PPM of samples as per target decided. 9 To escalate the issues to next level as per escalation process. 10 To handover/sign off project from NPD to production. 11 To submit the sample on time as per APQP time line chart. 12 To implement the Poka- Yoke for special characteristics during New Product Development. 13 To implement & maintain the documentation as per requirements of IATF 16949:2016. 14 To give at least one suggestion in a month to optimize the use of consumables, electricity & raw material by doing VE (Value Engineering). 15 To maintain the enquiry register. 16 To follow the ECN/ PCN process in case of change in product parameter or process change. 17 To conduct the Feasibility study for new product. 18 To maintain the ECN tracking sheet. 19 To co-ordinate with CFT for implementation of ECN .
