About the role
1 To ensure the 5S & Safety in the respective area. 2 To update the Control Plan, PFMEA or any other relevant documents as per the action plan submitted for any customer complaint or customer audit. 3 To prepare the PPAP documents in case of any ECN implemented. 4 To get the NCRs closed properly, raised during the audits. 5 To carry out the documentation related to EMS ISO 14001 : 2015 6 To ensure that shop floor documents (work instructions, Quality Plan etc.) are properly displayed & adhered. 7 To establish the required documentation of Quality system as per Standard IATF 16949:2016. 8 To give at least one suggestion in a month to optimize the use of consumables, electricity & raw material by doing VE (Value Engineering). 9 You are advised to present the Monthly Performance Report to the management on the basis of above mentioned points.
