Deputy Manager (MG3) - Base Engine Department - Research & Development Business Unit - Khadki

CAD Modeling:

1. Create and modify 3D models of engine components and assemblies. 2.Ensure model accuracy and compliance with engineering specifications and design requirements.
2. Generate2D drawings and technical documentation from 3D models. Data Management:
3. Maintain and organize CAD data and files.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Design Support:
5. Provide technical support to CAD engineers throughout the design process.
6. Assist in design reviews and analysis.
7. Identify potential design issues and propose solutions. Manufacturing Support: 1.Create and release manufacturing drawings.
8. Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure design manufacturability.
9. Interact with suppliers and vendors. Technical Skills:
10. Proficiency in Creo-8 CAD software
11. Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
12. Knowledge of engine components and assemblies.
13. Familiarity with engineering drawing standards
14. Proficiency in Design Tools like DFMEA, DFM, DFA, etc. Soft Skills:
15. Good problem-solving and analytical skills
16. Effective communication and teamwork
17. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
