About the role
Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.). Monitor system performance and ensure system availability and reliability. Perform routine server maintenance, patch updates, and security configurations. Assist with user account management, permissions, and file systems. Support backup and recovery operations. Help troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Follow standard operating procedures and document processes. Work with senior administrators to implement system upgrades and improvements. Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards. Provide basic technical support to end-users as needed.
