About the role
Title: Composites Technician Qualification: ITI, Diploma (Any Stream) Experience: 3-7 Years Age Criteria: up to 30 Years. Processing Technicians: • Good knowledge of aerospace composites manufacturing & processing. • Hands-on experience in the Layup process, like Hand layup, wet layup & dry layup. • Autoclave experience • Manufacturing the FAI, and production parts output with 100% Quality • Follow the Route card & Process document, executing the activities per process AOP's • Guide the fresh technicians on job training to improve their skill level. • Ensure that the machine is working to the required level to meet the targets • Ensure adherence to Business Excellence processes in all activities related to the section
