Technical Expert, Firmware Testing

Develop and execute test plans, strategies, and cases for firmware testing. Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements. Design and implement automated test scripts using tools like Selenium and Automation Robot. Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues, providing root cause analysis and recommendations. Participate in creating and maintaining technical documentation. Work closely with local and European test and design teams to gather and integrate best practices. Job Requirements Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively. Highly driven, positive attitude, team player, self-learning, self-motivating, and flexible. Strong customer focus, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to understand C/C++ based code and provide first-level analysis of issues and propose fixes/solutions. Experience with performance testing, web application testing, REST web services, and Unix environments. Relevant tertiary qualification: B.E, B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech. Exposure to Metering is an added advantage.
