Senior Network Technician

Lead installation, configuration, and deployment of network hardware including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points Perform rack-and-stack, structured cabling coordination, labeling, and equipment documentation Configure and support LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments, including VLANs, trunking, and routing Troubleshoot complex network issues across wired and wireless environments Support network upgrades, migrations, and hardware refresh projects Validate network performance and ensure stability post-deployment Maintain and update network diagrams, asset inventories, and technical documentation Serve as an escalation point for network-related issues Mentor and guide junior network technicians Collaborate with network engineers, systems teams, and vendors Participate in on-call rotations and scheduled after-hours maintenance as required
