Atlassian Consultant (2+ yrs experience) (Mumbai)

Title: Atlassian Consultant Location: Mumbai (Hybrid) Experience: 25 Years Payroll: Lean IT We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Consultant to manage, support, and enhance the Atlassian ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, Bitbucket, Atlassian Rovo, and Tempo Timesheets. This role requires providing production support, implementing change requests, configuring workflows, creating reports and dashboards, and collaborating with business users to deliver effective solutions. Key Responsibilities - Administer and support Jira, JSM, Confluence, Bitbucket, Tempo Timesheets, and Atlassian Rovo. - Configure Jira workflows, issue types, screens, permissions, notification schemes, and automation rules. - Manage Confluence spaces, documentation, templates, and user access. - Create and maintain dashboards, reports, gadgets, filters, and project metrics. - Handle production support, troubleshoot user issues, and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs. - Analyze, implement, and validate (CRs) and system enhancements. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver Atlassian-based solutions. - Maintain documentation and ensure platform stability, performance, and governance. - Support integrations and user administration across the Atlassian suite. Required Skills - 35 years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant/Administrator. - Robust hands-on expertise in: o Jira o Jira Service Management (JSM) o Confluence o Bitbucket o Atlassian Rovo o Tempo Timesheets - Experience creating dashboards, reports, gadgets, and advanced filters. - Good understanding of workflow customization, user permissions, and project configuration. - Experience in production support, incident management, and Change Requests (CRs). - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills - Experience with Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, or other Atlassian Marketplace apps. - Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations. - Atlassian certifications will be an added advantage. - ITIL knowledge is a plus If interested, please share your resume on .
