About the role
Role: Software Engineer Experience: 5+ Years Work Mode: Remote Hire Type: Contract Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications and platforms. Build tools and frameworks to automate development, testing, deployment, and service management. Plan, develop, and maintain distributed software systems using synchronous and asynchronous design patterns. Enhance existing software and learning platforms to support scalability, performance, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Monitor application performance, identify issues, and implement automated remediation. Maintain technical documentation, testing processes, and software functionality. Work closely with Product Managers and UX teams to deliver innovative product features. Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration (CI). Mandatory Skills 5+ years of Software Engineering experience. Strong programming experience in Java, Python, and C++ . Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong knowledge of scripting and test automation. Experience in web-based application development. Hands-on experience with software design, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Experience with relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies. Knowledge of Spring MVC , Wicket , and GWT frameworks. Experience with HTML5 , CSS3 , and Content Management Systems (CMS). Experience working in Agile development environments.
