Interior Systems Engineer (Interior + IP/Console)

What you will be doing:
Responsible for design, development, and integration of interior systems including IP, console, trim, restraints, and soft components.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, manufacturable, and compliant interior systems.
Design and develop interior components (IP, console, trim, seating, restraints).
Create and manage CATIA CAD models, drawings, and specifications.
Support supplier integration, DV/PV testing, and prototype builds.
Perform DFMEA, validation testing, and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
Manage engineering changes and production readiness.
What you'll need to be successful

Essential:

Degree in Mechanical or related engineering field.

Experience in automotive interior systems (IP/console preferred).

Proficiency in CATIA CAD.

Knowledge of plastics, soft trim, and manufacturing processes.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
