Experience 17+ years Location - Bangalore Focus is on moving beyond "experimental AI" to build monetizable AI ecosystems that redefine the enterprise operating model AI engines that drive aggressive top-line growth and measurable bottom-line efficiency. Define and own the AI engineering strategy, roadmap, and operating model in alignment with the overall enterprise data and technology strategy. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of AI/ML engineers Set technical vision and engineering standards for the AI platform, including model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and governance. Architect and oversee development of scalable, production-grade AI systems including Generative AI applications, LLM-powered agents, RAG pipelines, classical ML models, and real-time inference services. Partner with business leaders, product managers, and domain experts to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI use cases. Exceptional people leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills. Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate vision into execution. Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to C-suite, regulators, and external partners. .
