Head of Network and SOC

As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for heading the Network & Security Operations Centre, driving innovation through automation, AI, and a follow-the-sun delivery model across regions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead global NOC, SOC, CSIRT, CTI, Threat Hunting & VM operations - Drive strategy, transformation, and standardization - Own P&L, service delivery, and operational excellence - Champion Agile, automation, and continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - 10+ years in IT with strong leadership in network/security operations - Proven experience managing global teams & large-scale operations - Strong commercial, strategic, and client-facing capabilities - Passion for innovation, transformation, and people leadership This global role will require working across time zones.
