About the role
As a cybersecurity practice leader, you will be responsible for owning and scaling the cybersecurity practice within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining the vision, strategy, and service portfolio in alignment with business growth - Taking full ownership of the P&L, covering revenue, margins, and cost management - Driving the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, cybersecurity offerings, and market positioning - Leading pre-sales activities for large deals, including solutioning, RFIs/RFPs, and executive presentations - Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across various domains such as SOC, IAM/PAM, cloud security, threat management, and GRC - Overseeing delivery governance for large programs and managed services - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with CXO/CISOs to expand business opportunities - Engaging with analysts from organizations such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC - Developing partnerships with cybersecurity vendors - Building and scaling high-performing teams across architecture, consulting, and delivery Key capabilities required for this role include: - Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity practice leadership with P&L ownership - Strong expertise in Go-To-Market strategies and services portfolio development - Proven track record in managing pre-sales activities for large deals and executive stakeholder management - Deep knowledge across areas like SOC, cloud security, IAM/PAM, data security, and GRC - Experience in handling large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs - Well-established industry connections and exposure to analyst engagements You should have at least 18 years of experience in service delivery organizations or high-growth startups, with a focus on cybersecurity offerings. Your ability and willingness to scale a practice will be crucial for the success of this role.
