How are you creating an impact As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions that streamline IT services and improve user experience across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, efficient workflows and platform capabilities, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational excellence. What will you be doing Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions and modules aligned with business requirementsWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct design discussions, support UAT, and provide trainingDevelop and enhance service catalog, workflows/flows, and service portal to improve user experienceUtilize ServiceNow capabilities such as business rules, client scripts, and UI policies to build efficient solutionsPerform regression testing during platform upgrades to ensure stability and performanceManage day-to-day BAU activities including discovery, monitoring schedules, and resolving errorsCollaborate with server, network, and CMDB teams to extend discovery across infrastructure and cloud environments (Azure, OCI, AWS) We are looking for someone having: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow DeveloperCertified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatoryStrong experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ITBMHands-on experience in service catalog, workflow/flow development, and service portal/employee centerStrong proficiency in JavaScript and experience with REST API integrationsBasic knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and troubleshootingExcellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders Nice to have: ServiceNow Application Developer certificationStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Additional Requirement: Willingness to work with an overlap with US business hours to support global stakeholders Why work with us There has never been a better time to join McGraw Hill.
