About the role
Role Overview: As a UiPath Automation Engineer at McGraw Hill, you will play a crucial role in driving progress and shaping the future of learning. Your responsibilities will focus on delivering innovative solutions within the Robotic Process Automations landscape of McGraw-Hill. You will be involved in automating business requirements and processes across various departments such as Order to Cash, Sales force, Integrations, and Oracle Fusion applications for Finance and PDH. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct reviews and analysis of business and IT processes to gather client requirements through interviews, workshops, or existing systems documentation. - Build Automations (BOTS) to support RPA business and technical requirements at McGraw-Hill. - Identify underlying issues in common business problems and implement best practice solutions using influencing, negotiation, and change management techniques. - Ensure the quality of the Automations delivered meets business expectations. - Define and communicate the process and organizational impacts of new technology solutions. - Collaborate with business teams to understand and address organizational and business process change management impacts due to new technology implementation. - Develop and test automation workflows following best practices. - Provide production support for delivered processes. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent. - Certification in UiPath or equivalent Robotic Process Automation tool. - Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Enterprise Business Systems in large global organizations. - Prior experience in implementing large-scale automations using Robotic Process Application, with multiple implementations preferred. - Expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and administrator activities. - Thorough knowledge of Document Understanding, Machine Learning Models. - Experience with screen scraping, data scraping, UI automation selectors, and API (REST, SOAP, etc.). - Strong analytical, decision-making, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
