Head of Solution Architect & Enterprise Architect

Experience:- 18+ Yrs Location:- GurgaonRole & responsibilities Hands-on experience in defining and establishing architecture processes, standards, enterprise strategies, technology roadmaps, and enterprise blueprints aligned with business objectives. Build, scale, and drive the Enterprise Architecture practice, fostering best practices, governance models, and architectural excellence. Partner with global stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, and senior business leaders, to shape technology strategy and transformation initiatives. Demonstrate strong Enterprise Architecture expertise with experience in large-scale modernisation, digital transformation, and complex technology programs. Provide AI solution architecture leadership with a strong understanding of AI concepts, emerging technologies, and their practical application in enterprise environments. Bring hands-on experience with Cloud, API, Microservices, and modern architecture patterns to design scalable and resilient enterprise solutions. Demonstrate proven leadership experience in managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing architecture teams. Certifications: TOGAF, Zachman, or similar industry standards are preferred.
