VP - AI Python Fullstack Developer (Python + React + AI)

About the Role We are looking for an experienced VP AI Python Fullstack Developer to lead the design and development of scalable AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python backend development, React-based frontend development, and AI/ML integration while driving technical leadership and innovation. This role requires hands-on coding expertise along with the ability to guide engineering teams, define architecture, and build intelligent AI-enabled products. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, architecture, and development of full-stack applications using Python and React . Build and integrate AI/ML models, LLM-based solutions, and intelligent automation into business applications. Develop scalable APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask . Design responsive and high-performance frontend interfaces using React.js . Work with AI technologies such as OpenAI APIs, NLP models, and machine learning frameworks . Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver AI-driven solutions . Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance optimization . Lead and mentor engineering teams and define best development practices . Manage deployment and infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) . Stay updated with latest AI, ML, and software engineering trends . Required Skills & Qualifications 10 15+ years of software development experience . Strong expertise in Python backend development (FastAPI / Django / Flask). Solid experience in React.js and modern frontend frameworks . Experience with AI/ML integration and LLM-based applications . Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and scalable system design . Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL) . Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines . Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) .
