Key Responsibilities Study customer requirements and conduct machine feasibility analysis. Read and interpret engineering drawings and components. Perform process planning and machining cycle time estimation. Prepare technical and commercial proposals against customer RFQs. Develop conceptual fixture layouts and work-holding solutions. Select suitable cutting tools and machining solutions. Perform project cost estimation and process capability analysis (Cp & Cpk). Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution. Follow up with customers regarding orders and commercial discussions. Prepare technical specifications and commercial proposal submissions. Work on SAP SD and proposal documentation.
