Highway Engineer

Role & responsibilities Execute highway construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Supervise earthwork, pavement, drainage, structures, and other highway construction activities. Ensure compliance with MoRTH, NHAI, IRC standards, and project quality requirements. Coordinate with survey, QA/QC, planning, and subcontractor teams for smooth project execution. Monitor daily progress, manpower, equipment, and material utilization at site. Conduct quantity measurements, verify executed work, and support billing activities. Identify and resolve technical and construction-related issues to minimize project delays. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at the project site. Maintain site records, progress reports, inspection reports, and project documentation. Support timely completion of highway projects by achieving quality, cost, and schedule targets.
