Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager Sterilization Capital Equipment role based in Mumbai. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of sterilization capital equipment products, including market analysis, product planning, roadmap development, and coordination with R&D and manufacturing teams. Responsibilities include defining product requirements, collaborating with engineering to ensure timely and compliant product development, and working with marketing and sales to create go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning. The role involves conducting competitive analysis, gathering customer feedback from healthcare facilities, training sales teams on product features and benefits, and supporting key customer interactions and demonstrations. The Product Manager will also monitor product performance, manage updates or improvements, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and company quality policies. Qualifications Product management and strategic planning skills, including experience in lifecycle management, roadmap development, and market analysis for capital equipment or medical devices. Technical understanding of sterilization technologies or related hospital equipment, with the ability to translate clinical and technical requirements into clear product specifications. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, marketing, and sales teams. Analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating market data, customer feedback, and product performance metrics, and converting insights into actionable improvements. Clear written and verbal communication skills for product documentation, training materials, presentations, and scientific or technical communication. Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry, preferably with capital equipment or sterilization solutions. Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards relevant to medical devices and hospital equipment. Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, travel to customer locations as needed, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
