As an experienced Embedded Hardware Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing robust embedded hardware platforms for advanced robotic systems. Your expertise in power electronics, motor control hardware, and multilayer PCB design will be essential for the successful development of power distribution, motor control, sensing, and communication modules for robotic and automation products. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop embedded hardware for robotic and automation products. - Design power electronics circuits for motor drives, battery management, power distribution, and DC-DC conversion. - Develop schematics and multilayer PCB layouts (minimum 6-layer PCB architecture). - Perform component selection, circuit simulation, and hardware validation. - Design interfaces for sensors, actuators, communication modules, and embedded controllers. - Work closely with firmware and robotics software teams for system integration. - Conduct board bring-up, debugging, testing, and performance optimization. - Ensure compliance with EMC/EMI, safety, thermal, and reliability requirements. - Support prototype development, manufacturing, and production release activities. - Prepare hardware design documentation, BOMs, test reports, and engineering change documents. Qualification Required: - Strong experience in Embedded Hardware Design. - Expertise in Power Electronics and Power Control Systems. - Hands-on experience with 6-Layer and Multilayer PCB Design. - Experience with high-current and high-power circuit design. - Knowledge of DC-DC converters, SMPS, battery-powered systems, and power management circuits. - Experience in motor driver and actuator control hardware design. - Understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, grounding, and thermal management. - Familiarity with communication interfaces such as CAN, CAN-FD, SPI, I2C, UART, RS485, Ethernet, and EtherCAT. The company is looking for candidates with a B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields. If you possess the required skills and qualifications, and have a passion for working on cutting-edge embedded hardware projects in the field of robotics and automation, this role offers an exciting opportunity for you to make a significant impact.
