Design Engineer Invertor

Reports To: Team Lead Location: Bangalore Function: Autodesk Inventor Design Engineer (Autodesk Inventor) Key Responsibilities: Preparation of Assembly, Parts BoM in 3D on Inventor platform for Process equipment s Making GA /Layout dwgs, fabrication dwgs, erection dwgs (2D) and BOM from the 3D models. GA Layout dwgs Schematics in AutoCAD. Self-checks of the drawings and maintaining a record of the same for future references. Coordinate with other functions to meet the timelines quality of deliverables COMPETENCIES- Essential: 3D Modelling, Detail Engineering drawings, BoM Knowledge on Detailed Fabrication dwgs, Engg MoCs, Basics of Mech Engg , GDT COMPETENCIES Desirable: Parametric I-logic based modelling detailing Preferable Knowledge of FEA , basic Design calculations FLUENCY ON TOOLS Essential: Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Solid works, MS office FLUENCY ON TOOLS Desirable: Inventor FEA module, PDM packages Previous Experience - Domains Preferred, if any: Mineral Processing Equipment Design, Heavy Engineering, Sheet metal Weldments based parts and sub-assemblies Qualifications: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering branch Experience: 2 to 5 + years
