Job Description Lead and manage the digital operations and maintenance of platforms to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and upgrades.Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues to maintain platform stability and performance.Ensure adherence to technology standards, compliance, and best practices across digital platforms.Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to achieve project objectives.Monitor system performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and scalability.Provide leadership and guidance to the engineering team to foster innovation and continuous improvement.Prepare and present regular performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders. The Successful Applicant A successful Digital BAU - Engg Manager should have: A strong educational background in technology, engineering, or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fieldProven experience as a Digital Technical ConsultantStrong understanding of Sitecore, Mobile applications - React Native and Service layer capabilities.Experience with integrationsFamiliarity with cloud services.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Certifications in Sitecore / Mobile Apps are a plus.
