Job Description Release Planning & Governance * Plan, schedule, and communicate release windows and the overall release lifecycle. * Maintain and publish the release calendar for all environments. * Evaluate and optimize release management processes, quality gates, and deliverables. * Ensure compliance with governance criteria, entry/exit criteria, and approval workflows. * Conduct and facilitate release planning, Go/No-Go meetings, and stakeholder alignment.Technical Deployment & Automation * Manage deployment processes using automation tools, scripts, and CI/CD pipelines. * Coordinate with Development, QA, and Operations teams for builds, integration, deployment, and workplace setup. * Ensure release readiness and environment availability, including configuration management and provisioning. * Maintain release infrastructure, build tools, and deployment frameworks. * Implement and manage rollback procedures, version control workflows, and release automation.Monitoring, Risk & Issue Management * Monitor and control all release activities across environments. * Identify, manage, and communicate risks affecting release scope, timelines, or environments. * Handle emergency releases, hotfix deployments, and rapid recovery situations. * Troubleshoot deployment-related technical issues to ensure smooth and stable releases.Documentation & Reporting * Review and verify completeness of release artifacts. * Maintain technical release documentation (deployment plans, configuration details, troubleshooting steps). * Publish regular release status reports and communicate progress to stakeholders The Successful Applicant A successful e-Store Release Manager sho .
