Job Description Plan, execute, and manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously to meet company goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and deliverables.Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring optimal allocation and utilisation.Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders effectively and clearly.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all project activities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering and manufacturing processes.Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and project excellence.
