Job Description Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.Identify, document, and track software defects and issues for resolution.Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.Perform manual and automated testing of software applications.Ensure compliance with established quality assurance standards and practices.Generate test reports and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery.Stay updated on the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency. The Successful Applicant A successful QA should have: A strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.6-7 years of QA experience with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing Lead, mentor, and manage a team of manual QA engineers, ensuring comprehensive test coverageHands-on experience in building and scaling automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.Strong scripting/programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.Solid knowledge of API testing & automation (Postman, RestAssured, Karate, etc.). Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).Familiarity with performance testing (JMeter, Locust) and cloud-based environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks commonly used in the technology and telecoms industry.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with teams.
