Job Description - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality. - Identify, document, and track software defects and issues for resolution. - Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. - Perform manual and automated testing of software applications. - Ensure compliance with established quality assurance standards and practices. - Generate test reports and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery. - Stay updated on the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency. The Successful Applicant A successful QA should have: - A strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field. - 6-7 years of QA experience with strong expertise in both manual and automation testingLead, mentor, and manage a team of manual QA engineers, ensuring comprehensive test coverageHands-on experience in building and scaling automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.Strong scripting/programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.Solid knowledge of API testing & automation (Postman, RestAssured, Karate, etc.). Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).Familiarity with performance testing (JMeter, Locust) and cloud-based environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus. - Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks commonly used in the technology and telecoms industry. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively with teams. - Opportunity to work with a leading organization in ecommerce space. - Stable work environment and growth opportunities.
