Software Developer - Testing

Role Overview: You will be a part of an interdisciplinary agile team at one of the biggest industrial automation companies, coordinating cross teams to develop and deliver the company's software for Pneumatic Automation. Your responsibilities will include automated testing and end-to-end validation of the company's application software. You will design, execute, and maintain automated tests and manual end-to-end scenarios, owning test cases and test setups. Additionally, you will use test automation technologies and concepts for platform testing and validate end-to-end scenarios within the scrum team to advocate end user expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Be a part of interdisciplinary agile team, coordinate cross teams to develop and deliver company's software for Pneumatic Automation - Responsible for automated testing and end to end validation of company's application software - Design, execution and maintenance of automated tests and manual end-to-end scenarios, owning test case and test setups - Use test automation technologies and concepts for platform testing - Validate end to end scenario within scrum team to advocate end user expectations Qualifications Required: - Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable qualification - Minimum 3 years of practical experience in software testing and test automation - Good hands-on experience with Python, familiarity with Microsoft .NET/C# will be advantageous - Hands-on experience with test frameworks such as Selenium and Ranorex - Good knowledge of test automation, test strategies, and software development lifecycle - Experience working as part of a scrum team using agile methodologies is desirable - Experience in Industrial Pneumatic or Electrical Automation will be advantageous - Good written and spoken English skills Role Overview: You will be a part of an interdisciplinary agile team at one of the biggest industrial automation companies, coordinating cross teams to develop and deliver the company's software for Pneumatic Automation.
