Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows. Implement and manage Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions. Build integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Create dashboards, reports, and support BAU enhancements. Ensure SLA compliance and participate in release and governance activities. Mandatory Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) CIS ITSM or CIS Security Operations .
