ServiceNow ITSM / VR Senior Developer Location: Remote (Laptop collection from Bangalore / Mumbai / Chennai) Experience: 6+ Years (Minimum 1 year of Vulnerability Response experience is mandatory) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Key Skills: - ServiceNow ITSM - Vulnerability Response (VR) / SecOps - JavaScript & Glide APIs - Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies - Flow Designer / Workflows - REST/SOAP Integrations - CMDB - Performance Analytics - Service Catalog Responsibilities: - Develop and support ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change & Request Management). - Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows. - Implement and manage Vulnerability Response (VR) solutions. - Build integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs. - Create dashboards, reports, and support BAU enhancements. - Ensure SLA compliance and participate in release and governance activities. Mandatory Certifications: - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - CIS ITSM or CIS Security Operations .
