Notice Period-Immediate-10 days We are seeking a Senior SDE Java Developer to design and build highly scalable, high-performance, low-latency, and distributed backend systems. The role demands deep engineering expertise, strong problem-solving capability, and the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with end-to-end ownership. The engineer will work across microservices, backend architecture, performance tuning, API engineering, and complex business logic implementation while collaborating closely with peers and architects. Key Technical Skills Strong handson experience with Java, including streams, lambdas, and functional programming concepts. Expertise in building backend systems using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring REST APIs, Spring Security. Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed system patterns. Practical experience with JPA/Hibernate, ORM frameworks, and database interaction layers. Handson experience with MS SQL Server, Redis, and OAuth2based authentication. Strong competencies in Data Structures, Algorithms, and complexity analysis. Excellent debugging skills and familiarity with backend performance optimization. Working knowledge of architectural patterns, emerging technologies, and modern backend trends. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions; develop objectoriented models, design data structures, and implement clean, scalable business logic. Build and enhance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices principles. Conduct analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement activities. Recommend and implement solutions for evolving banking/fintech requirements. Solve complex engineering challenges with ownership and accountability. Demonstrate adaptability and learnability toward new tools, frameworks, and architectural practices.
