Architectural Designer - Revit

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining architectural BIM models using Revit, ensuring BIM standards are followed, performing model reviews, and supporting project teams with architectural modeling activities. Additionally, you will coordinate project deliverables, maintain model accuracy, and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain architectural BIM models using Revit - Ensure BIM standards, project templates, and guidelines are followed - Perform model reviews and quality checks - Support project teams with architectural modeling activities - Produce BIM deliverables according to project timelines - Maintain model accuracy and design intent throughout project stages - Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders - Support document management and project documentation - Work closely with client teams on onsite project requirements - Contribute to project coordination and collaboration activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) - 5-8 years of relevant experience in BIM architecture or architectural modeling - Strong hands-on experience with Revit Architecture - Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, and SketchUp - Experience in BIM detailing across project lifecycle phases - Understanding of BIM standards and quality control processes - Strong communication and coordination skills - Ability to work in fast-paced project environments Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating and maintaining architectural BIM models using Revit, ensuring BIM standards are followed, performing model reviews, and supporting project teams with architectural modeling activities.
