BIM Design Architect

As a BIM Architect at our global engineering and construction support organization, your role involves developing and maintaining architectural BIM models using Revit. You will ensure BIM standards are followed, perform quality checks, and support project teams across project lifecycles. Your contributions will include producing BIM deliverables, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, and supporting project documentation. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with client teams on onsite project requirements and participate in project coordination activities. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain architectural BIM models using Revit - Ensure adherence to BIM standards, project templates, and guidelines - Conduct model reviews and quality checks - Assist project teams with architectural modeling activities - Generate BIM deliverables within project timelines - Preserve model accuracy and design intent throughout project stages - Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders - Support document management and project documentation - Collaborate with client teams on onsite project requirements - Contribute to project coordination and collaboration activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) - 5-8 years of relevant experience in BIM architecture or architectural modeling - Proficiency in Revit Architecture - Familiarity with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and SketchUp - Experience in BIM detailing across project lifecycle phases - Understanding of BIM standards and quality control processes - Strong communication and coordination skills - Ability to thrive in fast-paced project environments This role is perfect for professionals seeking exposure to international projects and collaborative BIM environments.
