Solution Architect Product Engineering

As a Product-Led Tech Lead, your role will involve owning product clarity, system architecture, sprint delivery, integrations, and vendor coordination. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical product specifications, owning system design and architecture decisions, reviewing backend code and APIs, and ensuring implementation quality. Additionally, you will manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking. Coordination with external vendors and engineering teams, handling CRM workflows, integrations, and internal systems, as well as supporting hiring, mentoring, and team scaling initiatives are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into technical product specifications - Own system design, architecture decisions, and technical trade-offs - Review backend code, APIs, and implementation quality - Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking - Coordinate with external vendors and engineering teams - Handle CRM workflows, integrations, and internal systems - Support hiring, mentoring, and team scaling initiatives Qualifications Required: - 7+ years total experience with 5 years in backend/full-stack engineering - 2 years in Product, Technical PM, or hybrid Tech/Product role - Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, PRDs, and BRDs - Strong understanding of backend systems, APIs, and data flows - Experience with CRM systems, automation workflows, or integrations - Strong system thinking and problem-solving ability - Ownership mindset with a strong delivery focus - Experience in Hospitality, Marketplace, or SaaS domain - Familiarity with MySQL, dashboards, and reporting systems - Experience working with offshore vendors or distributed teams As a Product-Led Tech Lead, your role will involve owning product clarity, system architecture, sprint delivery, integrations, and vendor coordination.
