Junior Engineer

Department: Engineering / Projects Experience: 0-3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to support engineering and project execution activities. The candidate will assist senior engineers in design, planning, site coordination, documentation, and project monitoring while gaining hands-on experience in engineering projects. Key Responsibilities Assist senior engineers in project planning, design, execution, and monitoring activities. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality. Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and project documentation. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams. Assist in quantity estimation, material planning, and project scheduling. Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and project standards. Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues. Maintain project records, drawings, and documentation. Participate in project meetings and provide engineering support as required. Required Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or relevant engineering discipline). 0-3 years of experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or related projects. Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and project execution. Good communication and teamwork skills.
