Job Title: QA Lead Location: Chennai Job Description: We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to manage and drive quality assurance efforts across both manual and automation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in testing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead QA team in planning, execution, and delivery of testing activities - Work on both manual and automation testing projects - Define test strategies, test plans, and ensure quality standards - Collaborate with development and product teams - Monitor project progress and report on quality metrics Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as a QA Lead - Strong experience in both manual and automation testing - Valuable understanding of QA methodologies and tools - Excellent communication and team management skills Preferred: - Experience with automation tools and frameworks - Agile/Scrum experience .
